About This Complex
Starfire Sports is the largest dedicated soccer complex in the Pacific Northwest and one of the premier multi-sport facilities in the region. Located in Tukwila just south of Seattle, the 54-acre campus serves as the official training ground for OL Reign (NWSL) and has hosted Seattle Sounders FC training and U.S. Soccer events. The complex features 15 fields — 8 outdoor synthetic turf, 4 natural grass, 2 indoor turf fields, and a 4,500-seat stadium. Beyond professional training, Starfire hosts youth and adult leagues, tournaments, camps, and pickup games year-round.

Tips for Visitors
Outdoor Turf fields 1–4 are lighted and the most in-demand — they host league games, tournaments, and professional training. Book well in advance through the Starfire website.
Outdoor Turf fields 5–8 do not have lights, so they're only usable during daylight hours. These are easier to book and great for weekend daytime events.
The grass fields (9–12) are typically reserved for overflow and practice use. They may close during wet winter months to protect the surface.
Indoor fields 1 and 2 are popular for winter leagues and rainy-day training. Expect high demand from November through March.
Starfire Stadium is primarily used for OL Reign matches and special events — it's not available for general rental.
The complex has a full-service restaurant and bar on-site (Starfire Sports Bar & Grill) — great for post-game meals.
Parking is free in the dedicated lot. During large tournaments or OL Reign match days, arrive early as the lot fills quickly.
