Welcome to Fields.live ("Site"), operated by Fields.live LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). Fields.live is an online directory of public and private athletic fields and sports facilities. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

Fields.live provides a searchable directory of athletic fields and sports facilities, including information such as field location, surface type, lighting, amenities, managing entity contact information, and booking resources. The Site is intended as an informational resource to help users discover and learn about athletic fields.

Fields.live does not own, operate, manage, or control any of the athletic fields or facilities listed on the Site. We are not a party to any agreement between you and any field owner, managing entity, municipality, school district, or other organization. We do not guarantee the availability, condition, or accessibility of any field listed on the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the Site, including field locations, amenities, contact details, and other attributes. However, field conditions, availability, amenities, policies, and contact information change frequently and without notice.

THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. You should independently verify any information obtained from the Site before relying on it, particularly with respect to field availability, booking requirements, permit fees, insurance requirements, and facility conditions.

Coordinate data, directions, and map imagery are provided for general reference purposes only. While we strive for precision, GPS coordinates may not reflect exact field or parking lot locations in all cases. Always use your own judgment when navigating to a facility.

At this time, Fields.live does not facilitate, process, or manage field bookings, reservations, permits, or payments. Where we provide links to external booking portals, scheduling websites, or managing entity contact information, these are provided solely as a convenience. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, availability, or policies of any third-party booking system or managing entity.

We reserve the right to introduce booking facilitation, transaction processing, or other services in the future, which will be governed by supplemental terms presented at that time.

By using the Site, you agree not to:

(a) Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

(b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.

(c) Use any automated system, including but not limited to robots, spiders, scrapers, or offline readers, to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to the Site than a human could reasonably produce in the same period of time using a conventional web browser.

(d) Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site, its content, or its data for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

(e) Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting corrections, feedback, or other communications through the Site.

(f) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or the data contained therein.

The Site may provide mechanisms for users to submit corrections, updates, or feedback regarding field information (e.g., through forms, email, or other channels). By submitting any correction, update, or feedback, you:

(a) Grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, publish, and incorporate such submission into our database and the Site in any manner we see fit.

(b) Represent and warrant that you have the right to submit such information and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

(c) Acknowledge that we are under no obligation to use, acknowledge, or respond to any submission.

(d) Acknowledge that we may independently verify, modify, or reject any submitted information at our sole discretion.

We do not compensate users for corrections or feedback.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, data compilations, field databases, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Site, is the property of Fields.live or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Fields.live name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Fields.live. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Map imagery and satellite photographs are provided by third-party services (including Mapbox) and are subject to those providers' respective terms of use and intellectual property rights.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including but not limited to managing entity websites, booking portals, map and navigation services, and government resources. These links are provided solely as a convenience. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.

Your interactions with any third-party website or service, including but not limited to booking portals, municipal websites, and insurance providers, are solely between you and the applicable third party. We are not a party to and shall have no liability arising from any such interactions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS OR VIRUSES.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE CONTENT, INFORMATION, SERVICES, TEXT, GRAPHICS, OR OTHER ITEMS INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF GPS COORDINATES, DIRECTIONS, MAP IMAGERY, FIELD CONDITIONS, AMENITY AVAILABILITY, CONTACT INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER DATA PRESENTED ON THE SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FIELDS.LIVE, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

(a) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE;

(b) ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FIELD LOCATIONS, CONDITIONS, AVAILABILITY, AMENITIES, OR CONTACT INFORMATION;

(c) ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN THE SITE'S CONTENT;

(d) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF ANY FIELD OR FACILITY DISCOVERED THROUGH THE SITE;

(e) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN;

(f) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE; OR

(g) YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE, BOOKING PORTAL, MANAGING ENTITY, OR SERVICE LINKED FROM THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fields.live, its owners, operators, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

(a) Your use of and access to the Site;

(b) Your violation of any provision of these Terms;

(c) Your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to any intellectual property or privacy right;

(d) Any claim that your submissions caused damage to a third party; or

(e) Your use of or reliance on any information obtained from the Site, including any personal injury or property damage arising from visiting any field or facility discovered through the Site.

The compilation of field data, coordinates, amenity information, and other structured data on the Site constitutes a valuable database that has been assembled through significant effort and investment. You may not scrape, harvest, download, copy, or otherwise extract data from the Site in bulk or systematically for any purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial, without our express written consent.

Individual, non-commercial, personal use of field information (e.g., looking up a field for your team's practice) is permitted and encouraged.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, either party may pursue resolution through the courts as set forth in Section 14.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fields.live regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Fields.live relating to the Site.

The failure of Fields.live to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
